In spring of 2024, I was selected for an intense yet highly enjoyable residency at RTPI, with the goal of creating new works for a themed exhibit. I was so inspired by this exceptional experience, that I created 24 original paintings and 4 mini-exhibit display cases. W.O.W. Wonders Out West -a joyful celebration of Peterson Field Guide to Birds of Western North America including Alaska and Hawaii—throughout the stately second floor gallery, May - August, 2025.
The original watercolor painting above, titled Hello! was selected by Sync Gallery, Denver Arts District, for the online juried exhibition Community, February-March, 2026. This new painting is from my Wonders Out West exhibit at RTPI.
